Pork Cordon Bleu, pre-fried

Prepare the product from frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on the power rating of the appliance.
Combi steamer (dry heat): pre-heated to 180 °C for approx. 18 min. Tip: Place the product on a grid to get best results.
Pan: at medium heat for approx. 4 min. each side
Deep-fryer: 180°C for approx. 8 min.
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Only consume when cooked thoroughly.
