Recommended preparation

Prepare the product from frozen.
Combi steam oven with 5% dampness: pre-heated to 180°C for approx. 15 min.
Microwave: 600 W for approx. 2 min.
Pan: at medium heat for approx. 4 min. each side
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Heat article before consumption according to preparation recommendation.
