Prepare the product from frozen.
Combi-Steamer with 5 % dampness: 180°C 18 min. Place the product on a grid to achieve the optimum result.
Frying Pan: at medium heat for approx. 4 min. each side
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Only consume when cooked thoroughly.
