Recommended preparation

Prepare the product from frozen.
Combi-steamer with 5 % dampness: preheated 180°C for approx. 25 min.
Pan: at medium heat, for approx. 4 min. each side
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Only consume when cooked thoroughly.
