Recommended preparation

Prepare the product from frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on the power rating of the appliance.
Pan: fry in a little oil at medium heat for approx. 4 min. on each side while turning frequently
Deep fryer: at 170°C for approx. 3 min.
Microwave: (500 W) for approx. 4 min.
Combi steam oven: pre-heated to 180 °C, for approx. 10 min. (without steam)
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Heat article before consumption according to preparation recommendation.
