Recommended preparation

Cook when deep-frozen!
Pan: braise on both sides at medium heat for approximately 4 min.
In deep fryer: at 170°C for approx. 3,5 min.
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Only consume when cooked thoroughly.
