Prepare the product from frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on the power rating of the appliance.Pan: Fry hot, deglaze and cook in stock for approx. 45 min.Combi-steamer (damp heat): at first fry hot, then fill up with water and cook in the preheated combi-steamer at 170°C approx. 40-45 min.Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Only consume when cooked thoroughly.
