Recommended preparation

Prepare the product from frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on the power rating of the appliance.
Combi-steamer with full dampness:
Thawing slowly at 4°C to 6°C then: pre-heated 100°C for approx. 15-20 min.,
Deep-frozen: pre-heated 100°C for approx. 40 min.
Microwave: 500 W for approx. 8 min
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Heat article before consumption according to preparation recommendation.
