Meat ball with mashed sweet potatoes
Ingredients for 10 people
- 10 FVZ Meat Balls (for example „The Awarded“)
- 3.5 kgs sweet potatoes
- 250 ml milk
- 80 g butter
- salt, nutmeg
- Peel sweet potatoes, cut in big chunks and cook in salt water for approx. 25 minutes.
- Put the meat balls on a baking try and warm them in the oven at 170° C for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Drain sweet potatoes, add milk and 2 table spoons butter and mash roughly. Add as much salt and nutmeg as you like.
Put portion of mashed potatoes on the plate, add meat balls on the side and decorate with chives and parsley. Also add a little mustard.
