Röstischnitzel Snack

Ingredients for 10 people

Herb cream:

  • 400 g fresh curd chees
  • small bunch of chives
  • small bunch of parsley
  • some chervil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt and pepper

Mustard sauce:

  • 300 g mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 table spoons of mustard or mustard powder, as you like
  • 1 table spoon honey
  • BBQ salt, as you like
  • juice of ½ orange
  • salt and pepper

Röstisnack:

  • dinner roll (for example rye)
  • lettuce
  • red onions cut in stripes
  • small bell pepper cut in stripes
  • 1 FVZ Röstischnitzel
  • 1 table spoon mustard sauce
  • 1 table spoon herb cream

Preparation

Herb cream:

  • Mix parsley with one half of the fresh curd cheese, then mix with rest of the curd cheese.
  • Cut chives and chervil in very small pieces and mix with fresh curd cheese, add salt, pepper and lemon juice..

Mustard sauce:
Mix all ingredients, add BBQ salt, salt and pepper.

Röstisnack:
Fry the Röstischnitzel in enough oil, make sure oil is not too hot.

Serve

Cut bread roll in half, put lettuce, red onions, mustard sauce and Röstischnitzel on the bottom part. Put stripes of bell pepper and approx. one table spoon of herb cream on top of the Röstischnitzel, then finish with the upper part of the bread roll.
